Screw machine Cams
We start with the highest quality U.S. material, producing the blanks in house to our rigid standards. We can work to your layout or engineer a layout for your part. Engineered layouts are submitted for your approval to insure you get what you want.
Our cams are produced on equipment we designed and built just for making cams. Our “CFC” (constant feed machines) matches the exact movement of your machine, in turn optimizing your machining.
Once the cams are cut they are directed into our in house heat treat area. This helps us control the entire process. As a final step the cams are inspected to the layout and when they are approved they are laser marked.
We can offer cams for Brown & Sharpe, Traubs, Index, CVA, BSA and Davenports, along with special one of a kind cam for your special applications. Layouts and time studies are also available for these and other screw machines.
